01 Laser patch test Five minutes. Required before your first laser session, and it tells us whether laser will work on your hair at all. Free 02 AI scalp scan Fifteen minutes. A magnified reading of density and follicle health, which is what any scalp plan is built from. Free 03 Aesthetics consultation Thirty minutes with Dr Natalie Olivera, BDS (Hons) MFDS RCS (Eng), general dentist and Level 7 aesthetics clinician. Skin assessment, options, a written plan, and sometimes the advice to do nothing yet. Free 04 Treatment review Fifteen minutes. For anyone already part-way through a course who wants to check progress or change the plan. Free

What happens after you click.

Our booking page opens on Fresha.

Fresha is the diary software the clinic runs on. You will see real availability and pick a slot. You are not leaving for a marketplace, you are going to our own page on it.

No payment, no deposit, no card.

Nothing is charged when you book. You pay at the clinic after your treatment, by card or cash.

You get a confirmation and a reminder.

By email or text, with the date, the time and the address. If you need to move it, use the link in that message or call us.

Twenty-four hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

That lets us offer the slot to someone else. The full policy is on the cancellation page.
