The Clinician
Dr Natalie Olivera
BDS (Hons) MFDS RCS (Eng)
General dentist and Level 7 aesthetics clinician. Over twenty years in practice. She runs every consultation at SKiN, and she is the person who tells people no.
Qualifications
Post-nominals are more useful than a job title, because you can look them up.
What the letters after her name actually mean.
- BDS (Hons)
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery, with honours
- MFDS RCS (Eng)
- Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of England
- Level 7 Diploma
- OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables
- In practice
- Over twenty years
She is a dentist, not a medical doctor. We say that plainly because a great many clinics do not. A dental degree is a five-year clinical training in the anatomy, the nerves and the vasculature of the face, followed here by a postgraduate surgical membership and a Level 7 diploma in cosmetic injectables. For facial aesthetics that is an unusually relevant background, and it is more useful to you than the word “doctor” on its own.
In Her Words
“Saying no can be the most important part of my job. Trust is built on honesty, not just yeses.”
On saying no
Not everyone who asks for a treatment should have it. Sometimes the expectation cannot be met by the treatment. Sometimes the medical history makes it unsafe. Sometimes the honest answer is a different treatment, a skincare change, or waiting six months and seeing.
You are never charged for being told any of that. Four of our five consultations cost nothing, precisely so that the answer “not this, and here is why” is free to give and free to receive.
What She Does Here
Every consultation, and every needle.
Every aesthetics consultation. The full medical history, the assessment at rest and in movement, and the written plan. The person who assesses you is the person who treats you.
All injectable treatments. Anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides and collagen-stimulating injectables. See the injectables page for why it carries no prices.
Medical microneedling. Depth set per zone rather than one setting across a whole face, with the serums chosen for the skin in front of her.
The clinical protocols behind everything else. Laser settings by skin type, patch-test policy, aftercare, and the list of people we will not treat.

Dr. Natalie is so kind, before the treatment she explained me everything so carefully and patient, the treatment went great and the results are excellent.
I’ve had a few treatments with Natalie now and honestly, from the first time I met her I just had a gut feeling she was the right practitioner for me, and I’m so glad I trusted it.
Great. Natalie is very professional and attentive.
